Green light given for Sykehouse Water Tower project

"We are delighted that Doncaster Council Planning Commitee have given our most recent project the green light"

A planning application was submitted to Doncaster Council to convert the disused Water Tower in Sykehouse into a residential dwelling. The plans outline an additional floor will be added underneath the original tank to give more space, with a glass balcony at the back to take advantage of the beautiful views across the countryside.

Mr Hodgkinson said "when the work is finished it will be a stunning piece of architecture"

William H Brown in Thorne will now look for a buyer to take on this project instructing a builder to complete the work, this allows the end user to personalise the space to their own specification.
